At Grass to Milk Company we are committed to expanding knowledge on the functional properties of A2 and grass fed milks and are currently engaged in several research projects.

Assessing the impact of A2 protein on pro (IL-6, TNF) and anti-inflammatory (IL-10) cytokines using macrophage cell lines. Assessment of these parameters versus A1 protein and leading competitor products.

Assessing the impact of A2/grass-fed protein on gut microflora using a murine animal model. Assessment versus A1/non grass-fed dairy and leading competitor products. This research will be conducted in Teagasc by one of the foremost and highly cited researchers in the field globally.

Quanitification of concentration (w/w, w/v) A2 protein in leading competitor products versus G2M products.
